The morning after the party met with Lyndon which he informed them that he would be able to get them out of the city but would take two days to prepare. While staying at the Juta tavern the party was given an invitation to be hosted by a long-forgotten house of Oldonnar House Crestwood that evening, which is customary in Drow sociality to invite heroes of the area to their homes.
While exploring the city the party witnessed the public execution of the female Drow warrior that the party had encountered while in the Dwarven Vault.
That evening the party went to the manor of Crestwood where they were greeted by the house servant a Duodrone. When the party is presented to Lady Cazna Crestwood the party learns that she is a former priestess of Loth and Drim learns more about Braven Kilgore. The party also learned she has been under some sort of house arrest since House Cormrael took control over the city.
Even though the party is uneasy with Lady Cazna mannerism and pale white skin they accept her invitation to stay the night. During the night the Duodrone servant appearing to be malfunctioning warns the party that they need to leave the Manor at once. The party investigates the rest of the first floor of the house to find their way to the basement in which the party discovers Lady Cazna feeding on the flesh of a dead Drow.
The party defeats Lady Cazna and the enchanted statue of Lolth. The group finds the deed to the manor and the Duodrone now appears to be functioning normally sees Drim as the master of the house and begins calling him Lord Crestwood.
In the morning the party heads over to the city center to meet with the Cormrael Sisters and upon entering Ildax’s chamber they witness ildax’s body on the ground with her sister Gelerin standing over her body with a bloody axe and a nervous looking Male Drow guard standing by her side.
Gelerin explains that her bloodline is that of House Kilgore and her coup was sparked by her fear that ildax has been straying from their core beliefs and disobeying the OZ organization. With Ildax attempting to kill the party even though knowing they were employed by Silvane.
Gelerin makes a deal with the party that as long as they go with the narrative that her Guard killed Ildax and tried to kill Gelerin but the party was able to stop him, she will in return give them a guide out of the city and as the Head of State she will officially recognize The Crimson Citadel as independent. The party accepts, not sure if they are being scapegoated or not believe it is best to leave the city at once.
The party travels back to the citadel with the aid of a Minotaur guide and decides to stay and spend a week resting and working with the Emberpaw Tribe.
