The Castlemere Chronicles – Session 10

While at sea heading toward Thindal their ship is attacked by a Priest who summons a Kraken to destroy the ship. After the party was able to successfully defeat the Kraken they used the ship’s dinghy along with Lynx-O’s flying broom to navigate the ocean. While navigating through the ocean they are attacked by a great shark and during the escape they find themselves lost at sea until they strike land. However they discover from a band of marauders that they are not on Thindal but Elfharrow, an empty badland to the east of Castlemere.

The band of marauders explain they serve the “Warlord” and give them directions to a settlement for the party to head toward. The party finds Lu-Syria a settlement of Nomads of Elfharrow and there they are introduced to a traveling wizard named Hoinn and it is discovered that the nomads of the settlement are slaves all but in name and are being forced to build a tower in the ruins of Eldermoor for someone called the “Warlord”.

In the morning the same band of marauders from the day before begin rounding up the townsfolk and attack the party. After the attack the party decides to head to the Tower and deal with this “Warlord”.
